Good place to meet women at a young age?

Well, I’m 16, And I need to start meeting some women, because I just moved, And I’m kind of lonely. I’m graduated from high school, So school is out of the equation. I haven’t gotten a job yet, So I cannot meet women there. The only other place I can think of is like a music show, But the music is so loud, You can’t talk loud enough to pick up women. I’ve been meeting girls on myspace, But that’s not very fun. Where can I actually find groups of women? Thanks everyone.
Also, No raves or parties. It’s not really my gig to date a drinker/druggy.
