What is a good place to meet interesting and intelligent women?

Hi, I’m 21 yrs old guy…where should I go to meet interesting & intelligent women? Other than the girls I meet at my college, I want to meet other women out there,

…and how do you approach a complete stranger and get to know her, without startling her or making her feel awkward and uncomfortable,

Most of my friends suggest going to night clubs, but I don’t think I want to meet women in a night club, any suggestions?

    An open mic night or shell think your *** just have friendly conversation.
    An open mic night or something most girls you meet at clubs wont be what your after be bold walk up to talk about clothes or shell think your after be what your *** just have friendly conversation.

    The same thing about interesting and intelligent guys really dont think night clubs are good place guess you could try coffee shops grocery stores parks.
